IzolGlass Active TT film on glass
IzolGlass - Active TT film

The window stays. The parameters change.

Multi-layer 82 um PET film with a three-layer Active TT nano-coating. Applied to existing IGUs - without dismantling windows, without downtime and without losing interior brightness.

IzolGlass is a multilayer PET film with an Active TT nano-coating, spectrally selective - applied to existing double-glazed units. It blocks infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) radiation while transmitting visible light. For offices, hospitals, storefronts and heritage buildings where window replacement is impossible or not permitted. Two variants:

Glazing turns a building into a heat exchanger.

In summer

A glass facade lets infrared radiation through. HVAC works harder, but it does not remove the cause of overheating.

In winter

An IGU loses heat 4-6x faster than a wall of the same surface area.

In the project

Replacing joinery means PLN 2,000-4,000/m² and months of work. Film is applied to existing panes - 30-40 m²/day for a two-person crew.

This is not a sun-control film.

Three things IzolGlass does not pretend to be.

It does not darken the interior as its main strategy.

VLT 70-72% means the window stays bright. The work happens in IR and UV, not by hiding daylight.

Active TT datasheet

It does not replace a window audit.

Every installation starts with an assessment of the package type, edge condition, exposure and frames. On low-E glass, the correct route may be IzolPanel.

Variant selection procedure

It is not a mirror film.

Active TT does not create a mirror effect from the inside or outside. The selection is based on spectral parameters and the glass package audit - Active TT works at the nano-coating level.

Active TT datasheet

A three-layer nano-coating on PET film.

Light stays. Heat and UV are controlled in the coating layer.

VLT 70% (South), 72% (North) - the window stays bright. The coating works in the IR and UV bands, it does not dim daylight.

    Active TT datasheet

  3. / 03 Infrared - reflected

The heat carrier. Active TT South reflects above 94% of IR - in summer the facade does not overheat the interior and the HVAC works less. The North variant blocks above 60% at any exposure.

    Active TT datasheet

  4. / 04 Ultraviolet - blocked

Active TT blocks above 99% of UV. Furniture, fabrics and interior finishes do not fade, and the window stays bright.
