Adalio works across two kinds of physics. The same principle of selective reflection, two different surfaces:

On glass
the Active TT nano-coating splits the spectrum - transmits visible light, blocks infrared and UV
On walls and roofs
IzolPlus microspheres form a thermoreflective layer under one millimetre that reflects radiation and dampens conduction

  1. / 01 Visible light - passes through

    Passes through the nanocoating unchanged - the interior stays bright, colours natural. VLT 70% (South), 72% (North). No need to switch on the lights.

  2. / 02 Infrared - reflected

    The heat carrier. Active TT South reflects above 94% of IR - the interior does not overheat in summer. The North variant blocks above 60% (priority: brightness and winter warmth). Less work for the air conditioning.

  3. / 03 Ultraviolet - blocked

    Blocked above 99%. Furniture, fabrics, paper and wood do not fade - UV never reaches the interior. Protects interiors, heritage ones included.

The coating reflects the sun.

On walls and roofs the microspheres do the work, not the glass. The same principle: reflect it, do not let it in.

    The white IzolPlus coating reflects 86.95% of the full solar spectrum (TSR). A roof in full sun does not store heat.

  2. / 02 Microsphere layer

    Microspheres in a thin paint coating. They reflect radiation and limit conduction - without adding thick insulation.

  3. / 03 Heat conduction

    Low thermal conductivity: λ 0.00079 W/m·K for the Bitum coating. Less heat enters the partition.

Coating applied to warehouse roof

Applied to existing surfaces

The coating is applied to what is already on the building - glass, render, sheet metal. No substrate replacement, no window removal, no metalwork. Typical timeline: 1-3 weeks on a 1,000 m² façade.

Spectral selectivity

Visible light (400-800 nm) transmitted. Near-infrared (1,000-2,500 nm) blocked. UV blocked above 99%. The surface keeps its original tone.

IzolPlus - warranty up to 15 years of fault-free thermal-reflective performance. IzolGlass Active TT - lifetime 5-10 years exterior, up to 20 years interior, manufacturer warranty 5 years.
