The coating reflects heat back where it came from - microspheres on an opaque wall, the Active TT nanocoating on glass. Heat returns outside and the interior stays cooler. On glass, visible light passes inside.

In summer the glazing heats the interior with infrared. In winter glass loses heat 4-6x faster than a wall of the same area.
A roof in full sun reaches 70-86°C. Thermal bridges and thin insulation cool walls in winter.
Steam pipelines, heat nodes and valves lose heat and pose a burn risk during operation.
Thermal conductivity of the IzolPlus coating. The lower it is, the slower heat penetrates the partition. Measured and published in the peer-reviewed journal MDPI Energies (2022).

Active TT film (South variant) reflects over 94% of infrared radiation - the main carrier of solar heat. In summer the glazing does not overheat the interior, and the window stays bright (VLT 70%).
